Bbrok helps Indian clinics cut no-shows and take the load off the front desk. Patients book their appointment right inside WhatsApp — no app to install, no phone calls — and every booking lands on the clinic's dashboard in real time. The assistant chats in English plus 7 Indian languages, so patients book in the language they're comfortable with. Beyond bookings, clinics can keep optional patient records and prescriptions in the same dashboard — so a clinic can run bookings and patient history in one place, instead of juggling two systems. Data is encrypted and hosted in India.
Bbrok is a trade name of Velswift, a GST-registered business in India. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay and every subscription comes with a proper GST tax invoice.
